Last weeks i have also focused in maintaining a healthy and solid diet. Unlike other people, my main purpose, because of my intense training throughout the week, is not to lose weight, and recover efficiently from hard sessions.
Along with this i am trying to maintain some healthy habits during this effort. My main goals for now are:
- Eat more often. Spread from 3 to 6 meals per day.
- Eat less meat and more fish.
- Eat more eggs and yogurt to recover better.
- Eat more avocado and cheese to maintain fat burning.
- Don’t eat late at night.
So far i have good results but i need still a lot of work and discipline. I would put myself a 6/10 so far, but it’s only the start of it, so i am more patient with the upcoming results 🙂
