Day 34 – Getting healthy habits

One of the things that i have been doing in the past and helped me a lot maintain healthy habbits, save time, money and energy was pre-planning from Sunday what i will be eating the whole week.

I plan to start having intense training sessions next weeks, from 10-15 hours, so changing habits and setting up a diet that will be able to support your program is crucial for time management as well for energy reasons.

I recently had complete routine checkup and i will be also working with a nutritionist to get the best of it. Food is a big big story which i have not taken so seriously in the past. It’s time to give it a better look based on my intentions and what fits me best as well.
